Nothing major to report today so far. Barbara does seem to be feeling a little better and seems a little stronger. She has taken 2 walks already and went about twice as far on the second walk as yesterday. They gave her a diuretic this morning and she has been going to the bathroom a lot which means she is getting up often which is also good but will wear her out. It is helping her swelling also. Her swelling was never very bad, but there definitely was some in her hands and feet at least. So far she is doing great but is still is some pain. They have increased the "food" going through her feeding tube to over 1500 calories a day, so she is getting plenty of nutrition at this point. Still no real word on what happens next and when she may gets to go home. Mainly waiting and letting her contine to heal.
