Going home tomorrow seems to be as confirmed as can be before they actually come for you with a wheel chair. A lot needs to happen tomorrow concerning instructions, people visiting us at home, supplies for feeding, etc., so it will not be early. As one of the doctors said this morning, between 10 and 6 admitting their window was much worse than the cable company. Hopefully we will get home before too late. It will be a longer and slower trip home since I will be running on the spare tire and do not want to go on the Interstate. So back roads for tomorrow. Good thing we have the truck to use once we get home. Followup appointment will be in about a week, but not set yet. May be able to set tomorrow while we wait to leave.
They removed the staples this afternoon and it went fairly well with minimal pain. One of the PT's came by and checked her out to make sure she could do a few stairs and was ok to go home. She is really doing fine with getting around, so none of this was an issue.
Hopefully eveything goes well tomorrow. Should provide an update that we are home sometime tomorrow.

SO glad to hear that home is on the radar! I bet you are all ready to begin the next chapter. Continue to think of you often and praying for you. Talked with mom tonight and read her todays post. Happy to hear how things are progressing.
