Barbara continues to improve. She was up and took a walk down the hall around noon- less than 24 hours after surgery. Her shoulder is much better now. The doctor who worked on her ribs made a huge difference. Her spirits are still high and she has a great attitude so far. However, the real test will be when they stop the drugs in the epidural. Hopefully by then, she will have healed enough to not hurt too much. I will continue to provide brief updates as things any or I get moe information.
