Cycle 3, Day 13

Barbara managed to get through the CT today, but drinking the contrast "stuff" was a real challenge for her.  But she stuck to it and the CT is now done.  We should get some results on Thursday.

We ended up staying there longer than expected because they had a problem with her port.  They will try to get it cleared up when we go in on Thursday most likely.  It is not a real issue, but limits what they can do with it.  Right now there is no scheduled need in the near future, so it is not really an issue.

She is still feeling the nausea and especially the sores in her mouth.  She was able to drink an entire milkshake today while we were out, but it took her a long time to complete it and every sip was painful.  We keep hoping that it will get better each day.

The next couple days should be uneventful although we hope her mouth does get a little better each day.  We meet with the Oncologist on Thursday and then her EUS on Friday in Portland.
