Barbara is still continuing to feel a little better each day. The sharpe pain she was having from the feeding tube is still gone, so getting it out was the right thing to do. She is feeling a little uncomfortable from the tube coming out, but that should clear up in a few days.
Since this is technically the last day of the Chemo cycle even though she is still feeling a little nausea, I will start changing the blog title to just the date unless there is something specific to discuss.
We have an appointment with someone to discuss an Endoscopy to look at any possible narrowing or blockage in her throat on Oct. 7th. After that we should know better on what can be done for that problem if it does not get better on its own. We also have an appt. back in Farmington to have her port flushed on Oct. 3rd. Otherwise, we continue the slow healing progress and start getting on with our lives. I will continue periodic updates as there are things to report, but most likely less often than in the past.
