The waiting continues. The drainage is down to 2cc over 24 hours now, so it is getting very close to zero, but not there yet. Barbara is generally feeling good except for getting hungry now. The tube feeding helps that some, but not completely. She has also had a bad back cramp a couple times over the past couple days that really hurts her. Fortunately, with the right help, it does not last too long. If she could lay flat, that would probably help even more, but she still needs to stay at a 45 degree angle or greater at all times. We still have the appointment with the Oncologist tomorrow afternoon and have a call into the surgeon to see if she still wants to see us on Friday or wait until after the test is done which will be after the drainage goes to zero. She is in surgery all day today, so not sure when we will hear back.
I will update when we have additional news. We should have some information on the Chemo plan after our meeting tomorrow.
